W imieniu Zarządu Grupy kapitałowej Communication One Consulting chcemy poinformować, iż w dniu 18 marca br. odbyły się Walne Zgromadzenia spółek zmieniające ich nazwy.
Walne Zgromadzenie Udziałowców Communication One Consulting Sp. z o.o. dokonało zmiany nazwy spółki na Call Center Poland Sp. z o.o. Natomiast Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Call Center Poland S.A. dokonało zmiany nazwy spółki na ccp.pl S.A.
Powyższe zmiany, posiadające akceptację właściciela, tj. mBank S.A., wynikają z wdrożenia programu porządkowania wewnętrznych kwestii naszej Grupy. Formalna zmiana nazw ww. spółek nastąpi w momencie ich rejestracji przez Sąd Gospodarczy. Chcemy podkreślić, że powyższe zmiany nie mają żadnego wpływu na poziom świadczonych na Państwa rzecz usług przez spółki naszej Grupy.

On behalf of capital Group Board of Communication One Consulting we would like to inform, that on 18 March 2014 a General Meeting took place in order to change our companies names.
Shareholders General Meeting of Communication One Consulting Sp. z o.o. has changed its name to Call Center Poland Sp. z o.o. Whereas Shareholders General Meeting of Call Center Poland S.A. has changed its name to ccp.pl S.A.
Those changes are approved by mBank S.A. – the owner and they are evident from implementing an organizational program within our Group. Formal change of the above mentioned companies will come to an effect during registration by Commercial Court of Law. You will be informed immediately when the fact commences. We would like to emphasize that the above mentioned changes have no effect on level of services our companies provide for you
