Call Center Poland – call centre services leader in Poland – won a bidding for Boltblue customer service centre, a major UK company providing diversity of mobile phone content such as ring tones, wallpapers and greeting cards.
According to the agreement, CCP is obliged to provide services around the clock, 7 days a week in four countries, spanning 10 time zones – North America, Australia, Great Britain and Ireland.
CCP provides full assistance in a variety of situations. We created a dedicated IVR platform tailored to client’s needs, which automatically communicates with the database on client’s server.
It is worth mentioning that CCP complies with all of the client’s requirement regarding high quality service standards (SLA parameters) in English and rigid reporting procedures, which include reporting IVR option selections and customers’ number identification broken down by individual countries.
CPP is currently fulfilling service contracts for 15 European countries. We support sales and customer service for several significant European companies in an array of languages on 150 workstations.
