Direct Marketing Award of Distinction for Call Center Poland

Call Center Poland has just been awarded with two awards of distinction in an annual Direct Marketing Contest “Golden Arrow”. It is Poland's longest running competition honoring superior examples of direct marketing.

Two projects out of two submitted by CCP were awarded: the first one in the B-T-B category: “Not yet a client but already an acquaintance i.e. Volvo Auto Poland Contact Centre”, and the other one in the B-T-C category for “The world is flat i.e. effective customer acquisition in the UK from…  downtown Warsaw”.

The Volvo Contact Centre project has been in service by Call Center Poland since the year 2000. It started as a care-line, but over time it has evolved into an extensive telemarketing and CRM platform for both prospects, customers as well as car dealers.

The other project awarded with an award of distinction in the B-T-C category was a project involving our active customer acquisition in the UK financial market from Warsaw, Poland.

There were a total of 120 projects entries in the Golden Arrow Contest in 15 categories. It is the largest and most prestigious contest in the direct marketing sector in Poland.
