Call Center Poland received the title of „Reliable Outsourcer” at a competition organised by „Outsourcing Magazine”.
The competition was organised by „Outsourcing Magazine” in order to verify the quality of services offered by outsourcing companies in Poland. The competition appointed 10 outsourcing companies as the most reliable in Poland.
The „Reliable Outsourcer” competition is based on a survey undertaken by former or existing clients of the outsourcing companies. The survey assesses the level of : flexibility, length of setup phase, quality of services (ability to achieve SLA), aftersale service, price to quality ratio of the rendered services as well as general level of content with the service. The survey focused on the length of deals as well as the level of additional advantages involved in cooperation such as innovation or added value.
