Call Center Poland continues to provide a flexible and scalable contact centre solution for leading mobile entertainment provider Boltblue. It has recently started providing inbound support for the company’s services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in addition to existing solutions for its UK, Ireland, Australia and Netherlands services.
Following a successful tender in 2006, Call Center Poland has been providing friendly, trained operators to handle customer queries, provide technical support and manage customer accounts. The 24/7 telephone/email helpdesk is supported by a complex IVR system, which automatically acquires data and processes requests that do not require customer/operator interaction.
Call Center Poland has received a nomination for the Project in a recently concluded Golden Arrow contest.
