2008-06-20- Call Center Poland in line with Boltblue marketing strategy
Call Center Poland continues to provide a flexible and scalable contact centre solution for leading mobile entertainment provider Boltblue. It has recently started providing inbound support for the company’s services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in addition to existing solutions for its UK, Ireland, Australia and Netherlands services.\
Following a successful tender in 2006, Call Center Poland has been providing friendly, trained operators to handle customer queries, provide technical support and manage customer accounts. The 24/7 telephone/email helpdesk is supported by a complex IVR system, which automatically acquires data and processes requests that do not require customer/operator interaction.
Call Center Poland has received a nomination for the Project in a recently concluded Golden Arrow contest.
2007-12-03- Internet Group owns Call Center Poland
Internet Group S.A. (present on the Warsaw Stock Exchange) aquired four call/contact center companies. One of them is Call Center Poland – 10-year reigning leader on the Polish and Eastern European telemarketing market.
On the 30th of November 2007 Internet Group S.A. became the owner of four companies from the Communication One Group. Thanks to this transaction Call Center Poland with ContactPoint (both telemarketing companies), Webtel (technologies) and Communication One Consulting (training and consulting) will become part of a very strong entity present at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This event gives end to another important stage in the process of development of Internet Group S.A.
Businesses taken over form the biggest polish group of companies focused on new technologies and managing contacts with the client via a call center. Call Center Poland which also forms part of this group is 10-year reigning leader on the polish and eastern european telemarketing market.
