Call Center Poland introduces a new service - GlobalDebt

DebtCollection by CCP, a department which offers payment monitoring and debt collection services with the use of call center tools along with the Multilingual department, created recently a new offer for payment monitoring service on foreign markets (GlobalDebt).
Foreign payment monitoring is a unique solution on the Polish market. Its main goal is to support enterprises that export their products or services outside of the domestic market. DebtCollection takes the payment control responsibilities from such companies and carries out all the tasks related with the process with the sole aim of collecting the funds on time.
Thanks to a very tight cooperation with Multilingual by Call Center Poland (a department offering services in 18 foreign languages) the representatives can call virtually any European or other Western country and use the Client’s native language.
“Most of Polish exports do not feel comfortable in situations which require debt collection in foreign languages. Aside from the fact that we do not want to loose our good relations with our contractors there is also the language barrier. Another communication issue is the time zone.
